3. Products & Pricing
- Product images are for representation. Actual packaging may vary slightly without affecting product quality.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders or cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Orders may be placed via our website (Buy Now / payment link), WhatsApp or phone. An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge it and receive successful payment (where applicable). We may contact you to verify address, quantity or payment before dispatch.
5. Payment
We accept online payments through authorised payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, PhonePe, UPI) and other methods as communicated at the time of order. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Failed or incomplete payments will not be fulfilled.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines, charges and serviceable areas are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on returns, replacements, refunds and order cancellations. Food products are subject to hygiene and safety standards; opened or consumed items may not be eligible for return.
8. Product Quality & Allergen Information
Our makhana products are packed hygienically. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should read product labels and ingredient information before consumption. We are not liable for adverse reactions where product information was available and correctly labelled.
9. Dealer & Wholesale Orders
Separate commercial terms may apply to dealers, distributors and bulk buyers. Wholesale pricing, MOQ and credit terms are confirmed in writing or via official communication channels only.
10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content, upload harmful code or use our brand assets without permission. All content on this site—including text, logos, images and design—is owned by NS Enterprises or its licensors.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NS Enterprises shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
